A ticket can be defined as a piece of work and serves as a log of activity. All tickets are found in the designated space "Tickets" which can be accessed from the menu:
Tickets on Workforce are either created by the system automatically (e.g. a ticket is automatically created when an applicant is added to the system) or manually (e.g. a project that needs to be assigned to a user to be completed by a certain date).
Each ticket allows you to track the progress and developments related to it, for instance by adding a note.
