Within the employee profile, under Learning & development, you will find sections for:
Qualifications
Details can be added in exactly the same way as during the application.

Provides a way to view and manage all required training
Each row provides a summary with name, type, due date and repetition (if any) as well as the current status. Due or overdue training will be indicated in yellow and red, as tasks for completion. As usual, click on the blue plus button to add a new training.
Training details
Clicking on a row to reveal the full details of a training, which can include notes, additional files etc.
A training can be deleted, copied (as a starting point for a new training) or modified.
Default employee training
You can streamline the process by specifying required training in the Position settings - as well as when these first become due upon employment. This allows setting up a full induction programme for example.
