Upcoming changes to tasks and alerts

This autumn we are changing the way tasks are displayed. Once fully rolled out you might not notice that much of a difference - but under the hood quite a few things will have changed.

Let’s have a closer look:


Find your tasks in the same place

You will still see the number of alerts in the navigation on the right hand side. Clicking it will bring up the new and improved list of tasks visible to you, highlighting those which you have not yet viewed today.


All information now at a glance

All tasks now share the same appearance and structure, which is optimised to quickly inform you what needs to be done in order to complete the task. Additionally, you can now sort and filter them by type and due date. Pages you have visited recently are still shown und their own tab - and, if needed, you can find further notifications and updates under the relevant Tickets.







Updated overview on the HR dashboard

We’ve made improvements to their appearance and phrasing, but the biggest change you will notice is increased specificity of tasks on the dashboard. For instance any task relating to right to work will now be clearly indicated on its own segment:
