Employee documents
All employee profiles contain a Documents section - providing a space to upload either own files or files relevant to this employee.
Adding a file
To add a document, click the blue plus button and follow the instructions, providing addtional information if needed. It’s possible to upload multiple files at once by selecting to “Add more”. Once uploaded, files can be viewed, downloaded and deleted.
Company documents
The second section visible to an employee is for company documents: These are files which are managed by the organisation and can be viewed by all employees. Company documents can only be managed from the Account settings.
