Supervisions: Scheduling and conducting

Initiating a supervision

In the relevant Employee profile (accessible from the HR dashboard) you will find the section "Supervisions". Click on the blue plus button to start.


The supervision will now be shown. Enter it by clicking “View supervision details” to edit and progress it further.


Within the supervision process

As when scheduling interviews, you can either specify an exact date and time - or send invitations for available time slots. (You might need to add availability in the Team Calendar first).



Once a supervision has been scheduled, details for it will be shown.

Whenever you are ready, click “Conduct supervision” to advance to the next step and start the supervision itself. You will then be able to edit, add further notes and send the supervision for signing (much like the offer letter).

Supervision settings

You can streamline this process further in the Settings, for instance by:

  • Specifying the frequency at which supervisions should occur

  • Toggling on auto-completion (which considers supervisions accepted if they are not rejected within 2 weeks)

  • Defining templates for the supervision
