Finding your way around Workforce

Workforce has many functionalities to help you saving time and keep full control over your recruitment process. It has seven main sections:

  • RECRUITMENT - Manage all your job applications
  • ADVERT MANAGER - Manage all your advert needs
  • REPORTS - Used to access and tailor reports
  • HUMAN RESOURCES - Where your employees will appear, after they have passed the recruitment stage
  • TEAM CALENDAR - Here you can add your availability for interviews, see booked activities, holidays and supervision sessions for all your employees
  • TICKETS - Used to allocate and manage tasks
  • SETTINGS - Set up your account preferences and main automation settings


The main menu is located on the right side of the panel. Clicking on the very first icon expands the menu and gives you an overall view of all the sections.
