4. Offer letters

At the offer letter stage, you can prepare the offer letter to be sent to the applicant. You will sign the offer letter electronically. The applicant will then receive an email notifying them they had received a job offer, with a link to the Netli | Workforce system for the applicant to log in and review the offer.

The applicant then has the option to accept or reject the offer.

If they accept the offer you will be notified of this and the applicant will have the ability to download a PDF copy of the signed offer.

If the applicant rejects the offer, you will receive notification of this and the details of the reason they have given for rejection of the offer. Then based on this information you have the ability, if required, to send the applicant a new modified offer.
