If the applicant accepts the offer, we then move on to Final checks. When the offer is accepted the system automatically sends the employment and character reference emails to the referees provided by the applicant earlier in the process. You will then receive a message to let you know when these references has been submitted.
Once all sections have been completed you are now able to finalise the successful application in the Outcome section which now makes the applicant an employee of your system.
Once the Outcome has been successfully finalised, the applicant moves from the applicant list and becomes and employee in the Human Resources section.
