How do I reset an applicant's password?

If a user is struggling to access their account they can use the option "Forgot password" on the login screen. This will send an email with instructions on how to reset their password.


The same process can be triggered by a Workforce user with sufficient permissions. Start by selecting the option, either via the context menu (⋮) from the table - or on the profile itself.

This will trigger a pop-up. Change the email address as needed. If everything is correct, please confirm and choose to send the link. This will then send the email with instructions on how to reset their password.
